METAL PROCESSING
Equipped with an LVD Strippit PX-1530 and a Toolcell 135/30, MTL Cool is able to produce metals components with efficiency and precision. The self-loading tower can work day and night so we can quickly produce and deliver parts.
CUSTOM COLOURS
The state-of-the-art Gema powder coating machine has two cabs: automatic and manual. It also has six FMP conveyor systems with five cleaning, drying, and baking steps. This complex system allows us to efficiently produce products in a wide range of colours.

INSULATION
We have a SAIP at our disposal: an Italian machine that injects pressurized insulation foam into our refrigerators. The insulation we use is Ecomate® certified, a blowing agent with no global warming potential (GWP), no ozone-depleting substances (ODS), and no volatile organic compounds (VOC).
GAS CHARGING SYSTEM
Our custom loading system empties and fills our fridges with refrigerant gas. It is equipped with a highly sensitive leak detection system, and an ultrasonic welder to seal each appliance.
